It's not hard to get cheap clicks. Getting quality visitors is much harder. Cheap clicks come from people who arent really interested in what you have, and worse, they don't buy.

An example of cheap traffic is placing ads on mobile games. Many clicks will be accidental, and those who do click on purpose are probably going to be more interested in going back to their game than reading your website.
